Returns & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return your item contact us and make a request through our  'Contact page'

OR

reach out to the email address: cavarlo.order@gmail.com requesting a refund or exchange. Please also include your order number and the reason for the return whether it's a refund or exchange etc.

All returned or exchanged items must be:

• Returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
• Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
• Exchanges / Returns must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the time from dispatch exceeds 15 days you will have no longer have eligibility to return or exchange your purchase. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

• Any signs of wear.
• Parts of the item are missing.
• Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed. 
• Any defects or damage to the watch's box/packaging.

Upon receiving your return we will endeavor to process the refund to you on the same day however during exceptionally busy periods may take up to a maximum of 48 hours.
