 Are Your Products supplied with boxes?

Yes, all of our products come with box, papers, authenticity card, service booklet and folder. An example picture of product packaging is listed on each item listing. 

Can I resize the bracelet?

Yes you can. If your wrist is smaller you can take the bracelet to any of your local independent jewelers and they will remove links from the bracelet and resize it to fit your wrist.

If your wrist runs larger, we can include extra links. You can take these links to any of your local independent jewelry stores and they will add these onto the bracelet to fit your wrist.

 

Who Do You Use To Ship Your Item?

For UK orders we use Royal Mail's Next day Guaranteed by 1pm service

For International orders we use UPS 3-5 Day Shipping.

Do I have To Pay Import Charges ?

No. You will not have to pay any import charges, we take care of all that for you.

Do You Ship Internationally? 

Yes we do. We offer worldwide shipping. All items are fully insured for any loss or damages for peace of mind.

 

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, after all our reputation is built on it. If upon receiving your product you do not like it please return it back to us via a tracked postal service for a full refund. (Please contact us first so we can provide you with return instructions). All we ask is that the watch is returned to us unworn and in its original packaging.

When Will I Be Refunded?

99% of refunds are processed within 3-5 working days from the date the watch is returned to us, during peak holiday periods refunds may take slightly longer.
